Journal for Life

Journaling for Life is an exploration of how journaling – the regular, daily practice of noticing what you see, hear and feel, can change things, for good. Good for you, good for the planet: good for life.

It’s a space to explore just what journaling means: how much is private, how much shared, how much it means writing, or taking photos, or drawing and doodling.

It’s the chance to reflect on how journaling can help us make sense of the past, record the present, and shape the future.

And it’s about a sense of place. It’s about patterns and meaning making, and learning how to make sense of things.

It’s about connections: to ourselves, to others, to the source.

Oh, and if any of that sounds intriguing, you’ll also find information here on classes I run and retreats that I lead, helping you to apply these principles to your journaling, your memoirs, your writing and your life.
