Write the whole truth about the life you know
My journals are dear friends, and very creative companions. They are a holder of my dreams, a celebration of moments, a collection of miracles, and a joy to have created.
Write your books. The ones that only you can tell. ~ Sark, Inspiration Sandwich

Joanna, beautiful thoughts about journaling. My journals know me better than I know myself. They seem to be able to tease out my deepest longings and fears and they gently hold them in their pages as I release and forget them.

Hello Karen
This place feels so much more lived in with these friendly faces here, thank you. Isn’t it amazing how we can share those aspects of ourselves with the pages of a book, allowing these dreams, longings and fears to spill out, revealing themselves to us in a way that is both surprising and perfectly natural – we recognise our selves as we write.
Thank you for sharing how journals play a part in your wonderful, courageous, creative life.
