Journaling with Intention: Fun

Journaling isn’t just about capturing what’s passed.

It’s about shifting your focus in the present moment.  Maybe it’s even about changing the way our days and weeks pan out.

You can chose to focus on something with the intention of capturing (writing, photographing, journaling) about it later.  That simple act of choosing to focus on something will shift your perception: what you notice, what you discover, what you find appearing in your life.

I’m going to do that this week with something simple and powerful that I want to experience more of in my life: fun.

I’m going to watch out for it, look for ways to enjoy it, practice it, notice it, share it, pass it on.  (Which means I’ll come back later to let you know how I got on).
